Cam Vassallo a photographer for the past 40 years, is a Master and Craftman of the Photograpic Arts of Canada.Born in Malta were he lived till he was 11 years old ,then the family move to the UK for sevral years were his father was stationd in the Royal airforce.In 1952 at the age of 14 the family emigrated to London Ontario Canada were he continued his Education.
Cam became a professional Photographer at the very young age of 22,and opened and operated a Photograpic Studio in Londan Ont Canada.working hard he established himself as a good business man a an excellent Photographer.In 1977 Cam was awarded two distinguished awards a  first and best over all from over 1500 entries of the Ontario professional photographers.
In 1980 Cam was awarded the Craftsman of the Photograpic Arts of Canada,a year later was voted the chairman of the professional Photographers of westren  Ontario.Cam was also awarded Photographer of the year twice in a row.In 1982 was awarded the Masters of the Photograpic Arts of the Professional Photographers of Canada.
Sevral of Mr Vassallo's photographs are hanging in the Permanent Print Collection at the Natanal Archives of Canada in Ottawa,and on a perminent travel loan collection
Cam has lectured to professional photographer all over Ontario,USA,and Mexico Was also a teacher of photography at the University of Western Ontario Canada,and at the University of Malta.
In 1989 Cam return to Malta where he is semi retired in Gozo,but still very active in photograpy traveling between Malta and Canada.
